Put simply, selling property is always a ‘number’s game’ – it is all about getting a lot of potential buyers to physically come and see your home. If few people come – then the likelihood of selling it is minuscule. Network relentlessly, enthuse, charm and incentivise your estate agents and always make sure that your property is better than anything else on the market that is comparable in price and condition. Prioritise getting people to come and look at your property above and beyond everything else and work at selling all the time…

I agree with everything you have said here. In the UK clients usually instruct one agent only. In many parts of Spain multi listing is common. Try listing with a number of agents and keep intouch with them – even if it is only byy e-mail. However, do look at their terms and conditions first!
