There will be many people in this category – either thinking of coming to Spain or thinking of going back home.

Perhaps your plans included completing on your off-plan and moving out to enjoy the dream and now you’re just not sure that this is a good idea. Will your finances stretch? Are things going to get worse? Should you (or can you?) sell your house in the UK? Perhaps it wasn’t such a good idea in the first place…

Or you’re out here in Spain, prices are rising, the cost of everyday things just keeps on going up. Your mortgage has risen and looks like it’s going to keep going up! Should you decamp back to the UK, or stick it out?

So many questions, and so much conflicting advice. It seems almost impossible to make a decision.
