One glimmer of hope for those wishing to sell and return to the UK, is that the sterling – euro exchange rate is very favourable for clients repatriating money. Your Euros will now buy you more sterling when you come back. This may help you reduce your asking price to try and stimulate more interest.
It is not easy at the moment but there are some buyers out there attracted by the new lower prices. The property market in Moraira is not booming but by the same token it is not dead!
