Some people have emailed me directly with their questions this week. That’s great, and the best way for you to get most input is to post your question as a comment. That way you’ll get the views of experts and expats who may be in the same situation as you.

Montesinos Buyer – he wants to sell his new apartment and buy somewhere else in Spain. The estate agents are all saying he must sell first and then come to them to buy. What does everyone think? Is this good advice?

Paul asks about “the rather strange Spanish practice of removing ones property from sale only to re-issue sales details some weeks or months later at a much inflated price and/or placing the same property with another agent at a higher price.” Do any of our estate agents have a view on this?

Jack wants to know – “Do you know of any good sites to advertise my property to Spanish people as there are many Spanish owners there.Do you have any recommendations for help with Spanish translations for websites.” Yolanda I think this is a good one for you to answer! And if anyone else has suggestions just respond in the Comment section below.
